1. Shipping Destination

At this time, Prime Sole ships exclusively within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be processed and may be cancelled automatically. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We are continually working to expand our shipping network and may introduce international shipping in the future.

2. Shipping Charges

Prime Sole is pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

Our goal is to provide a simple and transparent shopping experience. That's why:

  • No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify for free shipping.

  • No hidden shipping charges or additional delivery fees will be added during checkout.

  • The amount displayed at checkout is the total shipping cost you will pay.

If any optional premium shipping services become available in the future, the applicable charges will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing

Every order placed with Prime Sole is carefully reviewed, verified, packed, and prepared before it is shipped to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy.

  • 2–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time

  • 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)

Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT on a business day will enter our processing queue the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During busy seasons, promotional events, holiday periods, or unexpected increases in order volume, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer than usual. If there is any significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email and keep you informed of your order status.

4. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been successfully processed and prepared for shipment, it will be handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners for delivery.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • Transit Time: 5–7 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

  • Preferred Shipping Carrier: FedEx (or another trusted shipping carrier, depending on your delivery location and operational requirements)

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Your estimated delivery timeframe consists of two stages:

  • Order Processing: 2–3 Business Days

  • Shipping Transit: 5–7 Business Days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–12 Business Days

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond the control of Prime Sole, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes during peak shopping seasons

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Natural disasters

  • Government regulations or inspections (where applicable)

  • Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

If your order experiences an unexpected delay beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support team. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide updates until your order has been successfully delivered.

5. Order Tracking

At Prime Sole, we want you to stay informed about the status of your order every step of the way.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. This email is typically sent within 2–3 business days, once your order has been dispatched.

Using the tracking number provided, you can monitor your shipment from the time it leaves our fulfillment center until it reaches your delivery address.

If you do not receive your tracking information within the expected timeframe, or if you experience any issues while tracking your package, please contact our customer support team. We will be happy to assist you and provide the latest shipping updates.

6. Duties & Taxes

For all orders shipped and delivered within the United States, customers are not required to pay any additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees upon delivery.

The total amount displayed at checkout, including the product price and any applicable charges, is the final amount you will be charged. There are no hidden fees or unexpected costs when your order is delivered.

Prime Sole is committed to providing transparent pricing so that customers know exactly what they are paying before completing their purchase.

Please note that this policy applies only to orders delivered within the United States. If Prime Sole expands shipping to other countries in the future, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed fees according to the laws and regulations of the destination country. Any such charges would be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost or damaged during transit, Prime Sole will review your case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Please note that investigation timelines may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase to help avoid delays or delivery issues.

Prime Sole cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of an incorrect address may be the responsibility of the customer.

If you notice that you have entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping information before your order has been processed or dispatched.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify the shipping address. In such cases, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly or wait for the package to be returned to us before alternative delivery arrangements can be made.

Prime Sole is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate shipping information supplied by the customer. We encourage all customers to verify their shipping details carefully before submitting an order to ensure timely and successful delivery.
